If your device was purchased through us and stops working within the two-year warranty, contact Fischer directly. We offer a full workshop barometer repair service during this period for most devices. Mercury-containing devices are excluded due to safety regulations. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and service options.
Packing with careWhen sending your device for repair, we recommend using the original packaging when possible. If you don’t have the original packaging, a sturdy cardboard box with secure cushioning will protect your device. Proper packaging helps prevent damage during shipment, ensuring your instrument arrives safely at our workshop.

The family barometer is now repaired and back on the wall. The weather in Sydney is improving again after a torrid week of rain. All is good. As well having a functioning instrument, the barometer has brought back a lot of memories - the people who gave it to my parents sometime in the seventies and my brother using one all the time when he grew up on a farm. I have high hopes for the Barometer as it is made by Fischer in Germany. With the recent weather in Queensland the barometer is acting its part and I'm enjoying seeing the forthcoming changes. The barometer was a gift to my son in law for his birthday. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated as the item came from New Zealand, and unfortunately missed his birthday by a few days. He was however delighted with it. The quality of the timber finish and instruments are exceptional. Packaging was excellent as was the gift wrapping. I would highly recommend it.

I purchased a digital weather station from another vendor and returned it because I couldn't adjust settings. Only the internet could. I decided to go analogue, found Barometers & Clocks and made my purchase. This station has an easy-to-read face and is big enough for all 3 guages to be crystal clear.
